Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Return Policy

Return Window
Items can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)
- Custom or personalized products
- Final sale items
Exchanges

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
