1. How long does it take to receive my order?

We process and ship all domestic U.S. orders within 10 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please note: Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of your purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?

Absolutely. If your item is defective, damaged, or doesn’t fit, contact us at amandarefuge@allthingsnewshoes.com or 509-475-0204 within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly exchange it for the same item, subject to availability.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

We accept all major U.S. debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also securely check out using PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo. All transactions are processed with your privacy and security in mind.
